Kevin is the founder of Challenge Ministries Swaziland (CMS). Over the past 26 years, CMS has developed residential discipleship centers for youth with life-controlling habits, children’s homes for abandoned and orphaned children, a home for abused women, planting 28 rural In the Comunity By the Comunity (ICBC) churches, and developing micro-enterprises that help sustain the projects. Kevin's background is in business admin and marketing, and theology.

As a social entrepreneur, Kevin is involved in the following enterprises: hospitality, honey, dairy and essential oils. He also served as the board chairperson of Standard Bank Eswatini for four years. Kevin is the senior pastor at Potters Wheel. His vision is 'to train and disciple leaders in Eswatini' and he firmly believes in human potential.
