About the Event
Strategic Agility: Driving Organizational Responsiveness & Performance
The business environment has always been unpredictable, but the pandemic has made this reality more apparent. Business strategies were rendered ineffective, business models crumbled overnight, and organizations scrambled to create new policies while adopting new business methods. Just as the pandemic's shock dies down and business begins to pick up, the effect of Russia's invasion of Ukraine is rippling through the entire global community.
Truly, leadership in the 21st century calls for a special skill set. Strategic responsiveness is the ability to use data to help predict how things are evolving in the marketplace and choose the appropriate course of action. With the traditional change leadership, success is closing the gap with the preferred future while in a complex system success is achieving a fit with the external environment. Therefore, strategically agile leaders can choose the best course of action while remaining flexible.
Join us as we explore the role of middle managers in promoting strategic agility. The summit will cover the following:
PART I
- The DNA of strategically agile teams
- The role of middle managers in building agile teams
- The relationship between strategic and operational agility
PART II
The breakaway sessions are an integral part of TELF, which allows our delegates to explore real business simulations and challenge them to apply their learning to solve problems. The breakaway sessions will feature real-life case studies and panel discussions.
GOAL OF THE EMERGING LEADER SUMMIT (TELS)
The main objective of TELS is to help organizations develop the next generation of leaders who will be able to:
- Bridge the gap between senior management and frontline managers - Prepare emerging leaders for future leadership roles - Balance the scale between efficiency and effectiveness - Strategic thinking and effective problem solving
