About the Event

PART I

Strategic Leadership: cultivating strategic thinking, acting, and influencing for the next horizon

The more uncertain your environment, the greater the opportunity—if you have the leadership skills to capitalize on it.

Strategic leadership at the middle management level is of paramount importance as it bridges the gap between high-level strategic goals and their practical implementation within an organization. Middle managers serve as a critical link between senior leadership and front-line employees, and their ability to provide effective strategic leadership can significantly impact an organization's success..

Join us as we explore the critical building blocks of strategic leadership. The summit will cover the following:

  • Understand the pillars of strategic leadership: strategic thinking, acting, and influencing.
  • Use a strategic framework to organize thinking and make decisions
  • Qualities essential for strategic leaders and how to develop them
  • Apply the best strategic thinking and communication practices to maximize your organizational impact.

PART II

The breakaway sessions are an integral part of TELS, which allows our delegates to explore real business simulations and challenge them to apply their learning to solve problems. The breakaway sessions will feature real-life case studies and panel discussions.

GOAL OF THE EMERGING LEADER SUMMIT (TELS)

The main objective of TELS is to help organizations develop the next generation of leaders who will be able to:

- Bridge the gap between senior management and frontline managers

- Prepare emerging leaders for future leadership roles
